Mick Harris seems to have a lot of time on his hands, time enough to remix the album he recorded for the excellent unit Sielwolf. V-Remixes are the reverb drenched cousin of Sielwolf's IV. It is actually very similar in tone to the original except it has a certain detached quality that is not quite as obvious in the original. Ambient drones meet distant mechanics. Structure is always highly evident (this is no stream of consciousness album) but the accelerator is always out of reach. Something to listen to when your aggression has waned into despondency and detachment. As with almost all Sielwolf this one is a keeper.
